The Prophet's SeerahAllah took His Prophet ﷺ on a night journey from the Sacred Masjid to the Farthest Masjid, then he was ascended to the highest heavens. He saw of the great signs of his Lord, and the five daily prayers were made obligatory upon him on that night. It was a source of strength for the Prophet ﷺ after the Year of Sorrow, in which he lost his wife Khadijah and his uncle Abu Talib.
