Stories of the ProphetsHe was sent to the people of Madyan and the Companions of the Thicket, who gave short measure and weight, so he called them to monotheism and to justice in dealings. They denied him and threatened him, so the tremor seized them, along with the punishment of the Day of the Shadow (the overshadowing cloud), and Allah saved Shu'ayb and those who believed with him.
