Supplication for One Who Fears the Injustice of a Ruler

O Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Magnificent Throne, be for me a protector against so-and-so, son of so-and-so, and his supporters among Your creation, lest any of them act rashly against me or transgress against me. Mighty is he whom You protect, and glorious is Your praise, and there is none worthy of worship but You.

Allah is the Greatest. Allah is Mightier than all of His creation. Allah is Mightier than what I fear and am wary of. I seek refuge in Allah, other than Whom none has the right to be worshipped, Who holds the seven heavens from falling upon the earth except by His permission, from the evil of Your slave so-and-so, and his soldiers, followers, and supporters, from among the jinn and mankind. O Allah, be for me a protector against their evil; glorious is Your praise, mighty is Your protection, blessed is Your Name, and there is no god other than You (three times).
