O Allah, I have wronged myself greatly, and none forgives sins but You. So grant me forgiveness from You, and have mercy on me. You are the Forgiving, the Merciful.

O Allah, forgive me what I have done in the past and what I may do in the future, what I have concealed and what I have done openly, what I have committed in excess, and what You know better than I do. You are the One who brings forward and You are the One who puts back; there is none worthy of worship except You.

اللهم بعلمك الغيب وقدرتك على الخلق أحيني ما علمت الحياة خيرا لي، وتوفني إذا علمت الوفاة خيرا لي، اللهم إني أسألك خشيتك في الغيب والشهادة، وأسألك كلمة الحق في الرضا والغضب، وأسألك القصد في الغنى والفقر، وأسألك نعيما لا ينفد، وأسألك قرة عين لا تنقطع، وأسألك الرضا بعد القضاء، وأسألك برد العيش بعد الموت، وأسألك لذة النظر إلى وجهك، والشوق إلى لقائك في غير ضراء مضرة، ولا فتنة مضلة، اللهم زينا بزينة الإيمان، واجعلنا هداة مهتدين.
O Allah, through Your knowledge of the unseen and Your power over creation, give me life as long as You know life to be better for me, and cause me to die when You know death to be better for me. O Allah, I ask You for the fear of You in secret and in public, and I ask You for the word of truth in contentment and in anger, and I ask You for moderation in poverty and in richness, and I ask You for a bliss that never ends, and I ask You for the comfort of the eyes that never ceases, and I ask You for contentment after the divine decree, and I ask You for a pleasant life after death, and I ask You for the pleasure of looking upon Your Face, and the longing for meeting You, without being in distressing adversity or misguiding trial. O Allah, adorn us with the ornament of faith and make us of those who are rightly guided and who guide others.

اللهم إني أسألك يا ألله بأنك الواحد الأحد الصمد الذي لم يلد ولم يولد، ولم يكن له كفوا أحد، أن تغفر لي ذنوبي إنك أنت الغفور الرحيم.
O Allah, I ask You, O Allah, the One, the Only, As-Samad (the Self-Sufficient Master whom all creatures need), Who begets not, nor was begotten, and there is none comparable to Him, that You forgive me my sins. You are indeed the Forgiving, the Merciful.
